\nLocation: Hybrid working maximum 2 days based from our Gourock head office and travel across our ports and vessels as required
\nContract: Fixed Term Contract – 24 months, full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
\nSalary: Circa £55k plus benefits and depending on skills and experience

\nReporting to the Strategic Change Lead, this is a key role at the heart of our transformation journey. As a Change Partner, you’ll support the delivery of our change activity while helping to build the capability needed across the business to make change happen.
\nYou’ll design and deliver impactful change strategies that drive engagement, readiness, and adoption minimising resistance and ensuring lasting results. Working closely with delivery teams, you’ll also coach, mentor, and provide assurance that our approach to change is effective, practical, and aligned to our ambitions.

\nYou’ll be an experienced and credible change professional with experience in change management methodologies, with the ability to develop approaches that makes complex change easy to understand for all stakeholders and keeps them engaged throughout.
