Commercial Administrator | Cardiff Area\n\nVale Recruitment are seeking an administrator for a commercial team within a large housbuilding company, dealing with everything to do with building: quantity surveying, estimating, procurement and material buying.\n\nThis role will require reports to be made to the Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Work with the Commercial Director/Commercial Manager to ensure that all required administrative tasks are dealt with in an efficient manner\n\n * Carry out departmental administration tasks as and when required by different departments\n\n * Manage and maintain the filing systems and databases\n\n * Contact and deal with both internal and external customers to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the departmentts and all relevant parties\n\n * Make sure that documents are processed in an effective and efficient manner, using the correct systems and working within set time frames\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role\n\n * A high level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English\n\n * Able to manage self efficiently and have good time management skills\n\n * Professional manner in dealing with internal and external customers\n\n * Excellent telephone skills\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n * Competitive Salary\n\n * Competitive Bonus Scheme\n\n * 26 days' holiday\n\n * Choice of Flexible Benefits\n\nThis role is to start on a Temp to Perm basis - there with be a 3 to 6 month period of temporary employment before the right candidate would be taken on a permenant basis.\n\nThis job is advertised on behalf of our client by us acting as an agency
