Customer Success Manager

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to play a key role in supporting clients throughout their journey with the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships, helping customers get the most value from a product or service, and ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Support new customer onboarding and product adoption. * Respond to customer queries and coordinate resolutions. * Maintain accurate client records, notes and account activity. * Monitor customer engagement and identify potential risks. * Help prepare account reviews, usage reports and customer updates. * Work with sales, support and product teams to improve customer outcomes. About You * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple customer requests. * Customer service, account management or administrative experience is beneficial. * Comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems. * Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
