Digital Account Manager

This is a wonderful opportunity based in a growing Glasgow based full service digital agency. This role is hybrid, based 3 days in Glasgow (our client cannot consider remote).

The ideal candidate will manage the company's client portfolio to help clients improve their web presence. This individual will create digital projects to meet customer needs and serve as a point of contact for a customer's digital needs. This will include web design & project management and also the delivery of PPC, SEO and social media projects.

Responsibilities

• Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI

• Act as point of contact for clients for digital management matters
\n
• Report on web performance metrics

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
\n
• Strong understanding of online marketing tools (PPC / SEO)
\n
• Experience implementing projects and account management of various key accounts
\n
• Minimum 12 months experience, ideally 2 years + of digital account management in an agency or agency-esq setting

Salary is purely dependent on skills & experience with a range of £28,000- £34,000 (ideally around £32,000. Great benefits).
