Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician Location: Manchester, North West Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Salary: Up to £39,000 + Benefits Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician on behalf of a leading facilities management provider, delivering services across a public sector organisation in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join a growing team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a diverse portfolio of buildings. Duties of the Electrician include, but are not limited to: Delivering PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites Diagnosing, fault finding and repairing electrical systems and plant Completing all works in line with contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards Ensuring all maintenance tasks are accurately recorded via CAFM systems Identifying and reporting faults, defects and improvement opportunities Carrying out minor installation and remedial works where required Supervising subcontractors and ensuring safe systems of work are followed Preparing and adhering to risk assessments and method statements Support with permit-to-work processes and safe shutdown proceduresThe ideal Electrician candidate will possess: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent e.g. City & Guilds) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Full UK Driving LicenceWhy should you apply?
