We're a Good-rated Croydon nursery on an exciting growth journey, with a third setting opening soon. We're looking for a passionate Preschool Room Leader to inspire our team, prepare our 35s for school, and build a long-term career with us.

What you'll do:

\n
• Lead and inspire your preschool team to deliver outstanding care and learning for our 35 year olds
\n
• Plan and deliver an inclusive, EYFS-led curriculum that prepares children confidently for school
\n
• Build warm, trusted relationships with parents and key children
\n
• Mentor and develop colleagues, modelling best practice
\n
• Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health & safety, and record-keeping
\n
• Support the senior team in the smooth running of the setting
\n

What you'll bring:

\n
• Level 3 qualification minimum in Childcare or Early Years
\n
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and the new Ofsted framework
\n
• Experience with the 35 age group at least 2 years post-qualification
\n
• A solid grasp of school readiness phonics foundations, early maths, social and emotional development
\n
• Confidence leading or mentoring others formal Room Leader experience is a plus, but we'll consider strong practitioners ready to step up
\n
• A genuine love of Early Years and a desire to grow with us
\n

• Pay: £33,000 per annum + £500 welcome bonus
