- Proven ability to maintain and develop long-term high net worth client relationships \n
- Commercial awareness with a strategic, growth-focused mindset \n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills \n
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience managing fee earners \n
