With Directors present in every office, we offer hands-on leadership, high-quality training, and a consistent group ethos that underpins our reputation.\nOur Guildford office, established in 1989, has a strong client base and an excellent reputation across Surrey and the surrounding areas.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Guildford team.\nThis role is ideally suited to a Trades & Labour consultant looking to further their career within a privately owned business that offers clear progression and long-term opportunities.\nWe are also open to speaking with experienced Trades consultants who are interested in transitioning into white collar recruitment, with full support and training provided.\nThe Role & Desk\nYou’ll be joining a well-established team of three experienced consultants and a Resourcer, supported by a company Director.\nThis is a hands-on role managing and developing a warm desk, focused on supplying trade contractors across Surrey and the wider Home Counties.
